Perfect tenant and experienced home owner looking for a unit to rent in Whitehorse. I relocated to the Yukon for work a few months ago, and I'm currently staying in a temporary rental. My preferred move-in date is May 1st, 2024.

- 1 or 2 bedrooms
- bright, clean, well-kept unit
- open to condo, house, townhouse, with a balcony or fenced yard access
- 1 parking spot
- safe location
- non smoking

This is for a single occupant. I am a quiet professional in my late 30's with an excellent job and local references.

The unit would also be pet friendly for a hypoallergenic dog breed.
