The cabin is located on the beautiful lake. 30 minutes drive from downtown. It has water (delivery), power, septic, washer & dryer and oil heater monitor. Utilities not included.
One well-trained pet will be considered except a cat due to allergy issue.
Sauna and shed are also available on a property.
Must have experience living with a wood stove. Two references and tenant insurance purchase and damage deposit are required.
This cabin is suitable for an individual, a couple or two professionals.
