Large basement room Feb1st

Large basement bedroom in our big old house. The room is fully furnished and has a private entrance, shared kitchen and washroom. All utilities included wifi, power and water ect.
Kitchen is in basement as well and the washroom is just up the stairs. No shared living room area.
No smoking tobacco, no parties (we do not drink, so we would prefer to not have heavy drinking happening in the house).
Furnished with queen sized bed, bedside tables, little bookshelf and coffee table. All you would need to bring is bedding and towels. All kitchen equipment supplied.
We are located about 10 minutes from town on the Alaska hwy, the closest city bus stop is in crestview, it is a 10-15 minute walk down the hwy.
