• Cabin is located within a country residential subdivision, on the electrical grid and has its own approved septic field
• Cabin has its own 7 cube water tank, and water delivery will be at the renter’s expense - ~$100/delivery and depending on usage the capacity lasts between 2-3 months
• Renters will be responsible to cut their own firewood, not from the property, or have it delivered. The cabin is heated by a Blaze King wood stove - wood shed is available for use and storage of firewood
• Renters will be responsible for the monthly electrical bill, and the monthly satellite TV and internet bills
• Renters will be responsible to plow the driveway during the winter
• References will need to be provided, and will be contacted
• Small pets will be considered on a case by case basis
