The space
Situated overlooking beautiful Port Mouton Bay, this lovely 2 bedroom pet and smoke free cottage is fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy.
There are 3 natural beaches with white sand and aqua water a short walk away. Enjoy beach combing, relaxing or bring a standup paddle board and explore the bay even more. The location of this cottage is ideal; Carters beach is a 5 minute drive (4km). The town of Liverpool has all you would need and is only a 20 minute drive (24km). Keji Seaside Adjunct (22 km) is close by and great for hiking. This cottage is a great home base for your South Shore travels.
Sandy Coast Cottage is warm and inviting. The main area has full kitchen and an open living room with comfortable seating to read or watch cable TV. The kitchen table is known to host delicious meals, great card games and lots of East Coast memories. There is a desk if you need a work space while you are away. The 3 piece bath completes this level.
Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms; the master has a Queen size bed, air conditioning and cable TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. A perfect set up for a family or four adults. The bedrooms are located on the upper level providing privacy when you need to rest from your fun filled days.
Relax on the two decks and enjoy sun or shade anytime of day. Watch the stunning sunrise over Port Mouton Island. There is a propane BBQ and a fire pit. The cottage has a yard waiting for a game of catch or washer toss

Our vacation home on Sproat Lake has some limited availability for the shoulder summer season this year. The house is available all year round. We are only 45 minutes from Nanaimo and 1.5 hours to Tofino.
Sproat lake is becoming a top destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Access hiking and bike trails right across the road from the house. For all kinds of watersports the location is ideal. The lake has amazing clear water for swimming.
SUP, Kayak, canoe, wakeboard and even e-foiling has become the new watersport to try while staying on Sproat Lake.
Or just relax and enjoy the view from the deck and hot tub - it does not disappoint at anytime of the year!
