Manufactured in Canada the Fab-Cut series of affordable CNC tables for use with plasma and oxy/fuel cutting, plate marking, pipe cutting or routering for wood, aluminum and plastics.
This new system is our new ProSteel modular CNC package. You can purchase it in 4', 5' and now 6' wide gantries then add either 4' sections up to 20' long or with the 5' wide system, you can add 5' extensions up to 20' long.The 6' wide becomes a 6' x 12' with the modular expansion.
We offer either a complete gantry system for a table that you are prepared to build for yourself or we offer a stand alone system that will get you up and going quickly. Our tables are fabricated here in Canada so shipping costs are reduced versus importing from the USA.
We offer the Hypertherm and Thermal Dynamics line of plasma cutting machines so that you know you will get a great cut every time. Our tables are only designed for air plasma cutting systems along and you can also install a plate marker or a Harris style oxy/fuel machine cutting torch on your system. For those that want to install a router, out bracket to hold your router is 3-1/2" so it will hold most heavier duty routers like the Dewalt 2.25 hp system.
This system 4' x 4' is a gantry kit ready to go and you will need to add a table underneath of it. If you want, we can also supply you with a bolt together table assembly which is real easy to put together. All systems are extremely fast and include a very fast Automatic voltage height assembly this unit will utalize a standard hand torch or you can upgrade to a machine torch holder. Our systems work best with the Hypertherm line of plasma machines. We use 454 oz 5 amp motors on all axies with 250 ft/lbs of torque.
Along with our systems, we offer a variety of software options. For the simple and easy operation of the basic systems, we have the Flashcut 3 in 1 CAD/CAM/CNC design and operational software and works well with AutoCad or Solidworks.
