Shared Land & Rural Homestead Proposal – Peaceful Country Living
Description
This is something to think about — perhaps part of a new pioneer way of life returning again, where people work, build, and share together on the land
I am looking for one or more like-minded people/families interested in creating a respectful shared rural homestead lifestyle on beautiful acreage near Fort Frances.
The vision is:
peaceful country living
privacy and open space
nature, open sky, stars, and quiet
shared responsibility and respectful living
independent people working toward a more self-reliant country way of life over time
Opportunities may include:
private home sites
gardens
horses, livestock, animals
shared outdoor projects
long-term rural living
cooperative land stewardship
The idea is to gradually build a homestead life over time. Some people may choose to begin with a trailer or temporary setup while preparing and building their long-term home plans.
Larger permanent home setups would need proper county approval, septic and water systems, private and/or shared
This would best suit people who:
genuinely appreciate country life
are respectful and dependable
enjoy problem solving and building ideas into reality
value independence, creativity, and practical thinking
are interested in building a long-term future through a more self-reliant country way of life — bringing old ancestry values forward into modern times
The property includes beautiful open land, forest, wildlife, and soil to grow healthy in.
Open to conversations with people who see possibility in land, nature, privacy, and a peaceful country way of life.
Serious inquiries only.
The first photos are taken on the property land. The last two are from the surrounding area.
Text inquiries welcome.
Even if I knew tomorrow the world would go to pieces, I would still plant my apple tree. (Martin Luther King)
