We are back! Lockdown is lifted for the time being, now is the ideal time to get rid of that extra quarantine garbage before the next potential lockdown period comes
*Pickup restrictions are in place, more info available*
This 8 foot box can carry much more than majority of others offering this same service. Meaning more bang for your buck.
Total fee is $80 per trip/load, the dump fee is covered by me. Larger/heavier loads (lumber, metal, scrap) will have the fee adjusted accordingly as the dumping fee substantially increases with weight.
Call/text at (807) 630-9764 or visit facebook.com/CJsDumpRuns for more details and to make enquiries!
I also offer smaller sized in-town moves, the same fee of $80 per load applies.
Unfortunately, I'm not available for dump runs on weekends. Sorry for any inconvenience.

YES Canada is seeking host families in the Thunder Bay area to host international high school students from France for a 3 month program beginning in April 2021. Becoming a host family is a great way to experience another culture at home and to have a truly enriching experience.
International students plan their study abroad program months in advance and pursue the experience to learn about our culture and language and to build lifelong relationships with their host family and peers while attending high school. Students have been accepted to study at a local high school and continue to be committed to experience their study abroad opportunity and are aware that their program will take place amid a different environment in light of Covid-19.
We have adapted our programming to adjust to the new environment for students and host families presented by Covid-19. Guidance will be provided to students and host families throughout the process both prior to arrival and throughout the program and our team are available to answer questions and provide information. Students are also required to comply with all Government of Canada and Public Health requirements during Covid-19 including a 14-day quarantine upon arrival and testing both prior to departure and upon arrival in Canada.
We believe that purposeful travel is an important part of what connects and unites us, and the exchange program can continue to build a universal understanding and connection in these unique times. We know that the host family experience is key to providing an enriching cultural and language experience, and provides for a comforting home away from home to students embarking on this journey and builds lifelong bonds.
Why Host?
As a host family, you can contribute to this experience for the student and also have your own rewarding experience. Not only do you and your family get to learn about a different culture, you also get to share yours! We ask that host families provide 3 meals a day, a safe nurturing environment and welcome the student into your family’s daily lifestyle. Host families are compensated with a monthly stipend for doing so. If you are interested in sharing in this experience and hosting an international high school student or would like to learn more about our homestay program and how we are responding to the impacts of Covid-19, please contact YES Canada at the email address or phone number below:
