Hiring Construction Labourers

We are seeking an efficient, physically fit, and reliable Construction Laborer to join our growing field crew. In this role, you will perform essential manual labor tasks to keep our project sites safe, clean, and operating efficiently. You will assist skilled tradespeople, handle building materials, and operate light machinery under the direction of the Construction Manager.The ideal candidate is punctual, eager to learn, and highly committed to maintaining strict on-site safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Preparation: Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, trash, and potential hazards.Material Handling: Load, unload, and properly secure construction materials, tools, and equipment.Groundwork: Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth using shovels or compactors.Site Setup: Assemble and dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding, barricades, ramps, and forms.Material Preparation: Mix, pour, spread, and level materials such as concrete and asphalt.Trades Assistance: Provide practical help to skilled tradespeople like carpenters, masons, and electricians.Tool Operation: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools including drills, saws, and jackhammers.Safety Adherence: Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor and lift up to [e.g., 50–80 lbs] regularly.Weather Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, mud).Transportation.Core Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and excellent teamwork skills.Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude.Work Hours & CompensationJob Type: Full-time Hourly wage, e.g., $20.00 to start per hour.
