Responsibilities:
Our office is looking to add a skilled dental receptionist to our team. In this role, you will serve as the chief point of contact for our patients. This means that having a positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential. You’ll greet patients, take their phone calls, and provide administrative assistance to ensure their needs are being met.
You will also be part of a team and help our office operate more effectively to provide quality dental care. This will include completing tasks like scheduling patient appointments, communicating with insurance providers, and preparing documents, among others.
