I’m a single mom doing my best to create a stable, peaceful life for my daughters, and I’m currently searching for a 3-bedroom home within about 40 minutes of Thunder Bay.

I’m hoping to find more than just a place to live—I’m looking for a home. Somewhere quiet, safe, and grounded where my girls can grow, feel secure, and just be kids.

The housing market has been incredibly tough, but I’m staying hopeful and putting this out there in case the right person sees it.

I’m open to:
- Renting long-term
- Rent-to-own opportunities
- Private sale

About what we’re looking for:
- 3 bedrooms (or space to make one)
- Rural or quieter setting preferred
- Open to fixer-uppers or homes that need some love
- Will consider semi or off-grid properties

Budget:
- Up to ~$200,000 purchase
- Or $2,000–$2,500/month rent

I have stable income, take pride in maintaining a home, and would truly care for the space as if it were my own—because my goal is to one day make it exactly that. Im also open to flexible terms that benefit both parties.
