Our condo is within the Sirenis gated community across the street from the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort, located two km North of Akumal, 35 minutes North of Tulum and 35 minutes South of Playa del Carmen. We are taking long and short term bookings through April and beyond.
This elegant, two bedroom, two bath, main floor garden condo, with three air conditioners, fast wifi throughout, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room, is the perfect retreat for two couples or a family to relax and enjoy a vacation in the lush Quintana Roo state, with ample room for everyone. Enjoy the pool with its stunning jungle backdrop and soak up the sun on one of the many loungers. Adjacent to the pool is a palapa with a gas BBQ, sink and table with chairs. Keep an eye out for monkeys, toucans and other wildlife around the pool! The private natural beach is a 15 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride, within the gated community, on one of the two bikes that we have provided for our renter's use. One designated parking spot is provided. Day passes can be purchased for the Grand Sirenis resort CURRENTLY about for $120 US per person (PRICES MAY CHANGE BY SEASON). No smoking allowed, in condo please.
