Looking For: Screw Compressor Mechanic

I am looking for someone who works on Screw Compressors. I have a 1990s CompAir 125S that is starting hard and stalling when turning the unloader valve from Start to Run. I believe it is trying to start with too much load and it is stalling the motor. I have been unable to fix the problem. Would also consider selling the unit for the right price.
