We have 80 Garden Plot's Available for rent monthly. Located in Digby, NS
The plots are 20 feet wide by 25 feet long, Each plot will be $40/Month.
Our Growing Season will start Mid April.We hope to give people the option to grow their own food even if they do not have the land or space to garden at home, Here you can experience the peace of your garden and let your green thumb go crazy!
We do ask Berries, Fruit tree's, potatoes/yams are planted in containers and after you are done with the garden plot do a quick clean up :)
(Strawberries can be planted in the ground)Since this would be our first year offering garden plot's we will be installing a community water well and composting area this summer.

Senior male with some mobility issues - walking, balance especially on uneven ground, due to sciatic nerve damage causing a weakeninmg of the legs. Location is 30 minutes outside Truro. No public transportation. No personal care required - shopping, domestic household duties, perhaps occasional driving van or assisting delivering small packages. Light work schedule, only few hours per week. Prefer "live-in". Will have plenty of time for other work, if desired.
