Hello, My name is Danielle and I hope to be your next swim instructor/coach! From the age of 5 to 16 I was in competitive swimming and absolutely loved it. After racing, I moved to a coaching and swim instructor role. I worked as a lifeguard for 10 years. I have experience teaching 4 months to 75-year-olds. I excel at confronting water fears to developing swimming techniques. I have also competed in 5 triathlons if you are thinking about additional training for that!
My background: I have a Bachelor of Psychology Degree, the intention was to go into a teaching degree but found myself in a corporate business career. I have spent so many years of my life in a swimming pool and I have realized how much I missed it! Growing up in Kelowna, I was already surrounded by water. I started teaching swimming lessons privately for a number of summers and felt the need to spread water safety.
The last couple of years have been hard on many families as activities have been cancelled or suspended due to COVID. I realize there is a gap that needs to be filled. Swimming safety has always been a huge priority of mine, and hope to help families/ individuals fill their swimming needs.

I have trained hundreds of clients and have never had a problem taking someone to where they need to be. Whether you are brand new or very experienced in the gym I can guide you down a path of success. I am well versed in:

-Putting on muscle (bodybuilding)
-Strength training (powerlifting/sports performance)
-Boxing training/conditioning
-Sports specific training and explosiveness
-Injury rehabilitation and injury prevention

I offer a few packages, the rates depend on if you are training at my gym, or how far I am travelling to get to yours. If I have to train out of my gym I have to pay their overhead, and the prices will reflect that. Training with me includes:
