Looking for someone who is reliable and has the time to commit to driving me to and from a medical appointment in Vancouver (Fairview) once or twice a week using my 2017 Sienna wheelchair accessible van. No pushing, lifting or other physical activities are involved as I use an electric wheelchair and a Q'Straint wheelchair securement system. Gas costs and parking fees will be covered. I am an intelligent, easy-going male in my late fifties who would really appreciate being able to get to and from my appointments in a timely manner. I would be happy to compensate you for your time by providing coffee or a lunch. It would probably be best if you resided on the North Shore in order to avoid being stuck in the traffic delays which regularly occur when travelling over the bridges to North Vancouver. I reside at Lonsdale and 15th and it is about a 13 kilometre drive to the medical office at Granville and 6th. Class 5 Drivers License and Clean Drivers Abstract required. Please reply if you are able to assist or have any questions. Thanks.

I am seeking an proposal to ask the city of Vancouver to ban plastic bags from Vancouver. The city of Victoria has already banned plastic bags.India and many other countries have banned plastic bags nationally.Seattle and Bellingham have also done so.I am not adept in organizing or starting a campaign to get signatures in support to present to the city.A group of people can make change better than one voice.
