Part-Time Retail Sales Associate – Granville Island ($18.25/hr +

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at a busy Granville Island retail stand.

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage customers and drive sales.

Position Details:

Pay: $18.25/hour + tips + commission
Schedule: Wednesdays & Thursdays (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Additional fill-in shifts available (weekends and peak periods)

Responsibilities:

Actively engage customers and offer product samples
Drive sales through confident product knowledge and recommendations
Process transactions using POS system
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked display
Follow all store procedures and standards

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong sales ability
Comfortable speaking with customers and sampling products
Reliable and punctual
Previous retail or sales experience is an asset, but not required
Must be able to work independently and stay focused during slower periods
