Looking to re-home 5 guinea pigs, 2 are a bonded female/male pair (male is neutered), and a bonded pair of 3 males. Each bonded set has been kept separately from the other pairing. The piggies have the necessary 8 ft long hutch (with some wear and tear from chewing) and it is two levels if someone would like to take both bonded sets.
I am looking to re-home my piggies after experiencing health complications that are unfortunately impacting my ability to provide my pets with consistent care, so ideally I would prefer that they go to a home that will keep the pairings together, as guinea pigs are socially oriented pets that form familial connections with each other. I will not be adopting them out individually to avoid causing them separation anxiety. I will also be prioritizing adults looking to adopt piggies for themselves over families with kids as I would rather the piggies go to a calm environment where I have greater assurance they will be handled gently at all times.
Not looking to sell the piggies, just looking for the right fit who can care for them. They come with plenty of accessories for their hutch as well. All of the piggies are very sweet and playful, although the bonded set of boys are more energetic and prone to mild chaos. They are all treat motivated and enjoy scritches once comfortable with you. The boys are just over a year old and the "married" pair are just over two years old.
