This studio condo is available for rent on a month by month agreement. The condo is located on the ground floor and is in the heart of the resort, steps away from the golf courses and clubhouse. It is located 15mins from Vernon. B.C. and 25 mins from Kelowna airport. Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen and dinning area, a separate bathroom, a queen size bed with headboard, a gas fireplace, TV and Balcony. The monthly fee includes all utilities including WiFi and T.V service. Access is also available (for a fee) to the fitness centre. indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball and Tennis courts and Yoga platform as well as miles of biking and hiking trails and is close to the Sparkling Hills Wellness centre. -Premises are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after visits
-Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves and return the property in same condition as arrival

A refundable deposit of $300 in cash or e-transfer secures the rental date (first come first served)
