This is a super unique utility trailer it's 10'5" long and 67" wide. It has cantilever style suspension that has been designed to be able to lift and lower the trailer. Trillium trailer with original 1970's interior and many important upgrades:

-all the mechanical work done recentlyThe furnace, fridge, stove work perfectly, all gas powered. We chose not to use the water tank and the sink so we won't have to winterize it, so we don't know if the sink pump works.
There are no cracks or warps in the fiberglass {common issue with these} and the frame has been reinforced at the usual weak spot on the tongue.
It is ready to hook up and go, we can even throw in a ball hitch if needed.
Will ignore lowballers but am happy to discuss the price in person with the right buyer.
