Meditation Gathering at the Vernon Buddhist Temple

Come learn to calm your brain and body by practicing Zen-style Meditation. One hour meditation session hosted by the Vernon Buddhist Temple at the Vernon Japanese Cultural Centre, 4895 Bella Vista Road. Learn to meditate sitting on a chair or on the floor.
