Located at 5 km from Owl's head and twenty-five minutes from Jay Peak ski hills and twenty-five minutes from the touristic towns of Magog and Knowlton. An excellent golf course is located 5 minutes away at the base of Owl's Head ski hill. Lake Memphremagog is especially known for excellent fishing, including land-locked salmon, trout, bass, etc. A local general store is also five minutes away. Fine restaurants and pubs, extensive food shopping and other activities such as horseback riding, boat rentals, antique stores and art galleries can be found in the tourist town of Magog.

Bonjour ! Je suis de la Mauricie. Je possède une petite maison/chalet 4 saisons unifamilliale 18 par 36, 1 chambre, 1 divan-lit sur un terrain de 75 par 180 borné par 1 voisin, 1 boisé et un champs. Bel espace feu. À 10 minutes de Shawinigan ou Trois-Rivières. Beaucoup d'activités à faire aux alentours. Cette maison est située sur un domaine privé de 6 terrains privés où les gens pratique le naturiste de façon très respectueuse. J'utilise cette maison l'hiver mais cet été je voudrais peut-être louer. Elle est toute équipée et fonctionelle avec chauffage et air climatisée. Je vous demande votre opinion, Seriez-vous prêt à louer pour 1 semaine, 2 semaines, 1 mois où pour l'été ( Juin à Octobre ). Si la personne aimerait louer pour l'été elle pourrait facilement se sentir chez-elle en jardinant ou faire un petit jardin. Qu'en pensez-vous ? est-ce qu'il y a une clientèle pour ce genre de location ?
