The Home:
This tranquil home is situated on a large estate at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac in rural Metchosin. Trees and nature surround you. You have access to West Coast views of arbutus, wildflower meadows, fir and moss, not to mention the flickers, hummingbirds, owls, rabbits, deer, frogs, etc…. We had this home built for our family. We have been very happy here and now that our kids are off at university, we are renting out our suite for the first time. The home has numerous fruit trees and garden beds to delight the eye. Enjoy the best of Metchosin Living: hiking trails out your back door and Matheson Lake a 3 min drive (20 min walk) away. Quaint and friendly DT Metchosin is an 8-min drive away, and your local school is a 5 min drive away. • Our chickens (no roosters) live on the property as do our two friendly (and quiet) dogs, so there are no other pets allowed.
• No cats (allergies).
• This unit is suitable for two people or a family with one small child.
• $2400/mo with a 1-month security deposit and pre-paid cheques.
• Utilities (water and hydro) not included (add $100 per month).
• WiFi is included.
• Available 1 Dec 2022 or 15 Dec.
• A 12-month lease preferred, but for the right tenants we may be open to other terms or options.
