Responsibilities
As a customer experience representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for answering phone and email inquiries, processing orders with precision, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all data and records in our system. You'll collaborate closely with your team members to effectively address customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
But that's not all. You'll also be responsible for performing quality control on received frames and matching them with appropriate production trays. You'll communicate regularly with customers to keep them informed of any changes to their orders or potential delays, obtain any missing information, and follow up on frames. Qualifications
