Our client, a leader in the truck rental industry, is looking for a BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative for their rental department in Lasalle.
Come join a team of dedicated professionals where you will be the point person handling commercial accounts. Between answering customer requests, coordinating maintenance appointments, and taking care of administrative responsibilities. Your days will never be the same! No boring scripted conversations or retail work!

Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers at the counter and on the phone
• Prepare rental quotes
• Opens and closes contracts and rental files
• Performs invoicing and filing.
• Inspects trucks upon return from rental
• Ensures the renewal of the various truck permits
• Ensure the inventory of the fleet
• Created new vehicle files
• Service on rented trucks: towing, maintenance, repairs, etc.
• Occasionally: Make prospecting calls and quality control
Qualifications
Bilingual: French & English
DES
Minimum 1yr experience in Customer Service or a similar role
Good knowledge of MS Office software
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Good communication
Professionalism
