The Customer Experience Supervisor will report to the General Manager
Customer Service Director
Permanent position - full time 40h/week
Location : VIlle Mont-Royal
Schedule : Monday - Friday / Day
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities
Daily duties will include:
Provides support and guidance to customer service staff
Ensure that good customer relations are maintained
Be responsible for training customer service representatives, developing and implementing operations and policies
Records and processes orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone and/or personal contact with the customer
Provide pricing, availability and scheduling information according to established policies
Must resolve routine customer complaints and problems
Serves as a communication link between customers and the sales department to respond to customers
Ensure the management of minimum/maximum inventories according to contractual agreements with customers
Follow up and assist with corporate accounts payable to resolve billing discrepancies
Follows up on orders and notifies the appropriate personnel of any delivery problems
Ensures pricing for all services and materials required to manufacture customer boxes that must be produced in another plant
Follows up on external corrugated sheet purchases
Other customer service related duties.
Qualifications
Desired skills:
You are comfortable working in French and English
You have experience in B2B customer service in the manufacturing field
You are willing and ready for a management job
You are comfortable using Excel
You have a minimum of a high school diploma
