My husband and I are owners with Wyndham Vacation Resorts and have access to accommodations at all of their 4-5 Star Resorts, that are located mainly throughout the US, but also in Canada, Australia Europe etc.
We own too many points and can't use all of them each year, which is why we are able to rent out to people, such as yourselves.
Also this is why and how we can offer you access to these Resorts at significantly lower rates.
Units are full Condo style with kitchens and all that you need included, just as if you are at home.
Most of them have Jacuzzi tubs in the Master Bedroom and washer and dryers too. These are just a few of the benefits included in the units.
The Unit sizes are Studios, One, Two and Three Bedrooms.
There are pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, children’s activities, game rooms, gyms etc. at many of the Resorts.
Pics attached are examples of a few resorts (Ocean Walk Daytona, Bonnet Creek Orlando, Grand Desert Las Vegas.)
NOTE: I can rent a maximum of 3 nights to 14 nights at a time.

La plage est très sablonneuse, à 5 minutes en voiture avec stationnement gratuit. Beaucoup de places même les fin de semaine.

This home has an open floor plan with high cathedral ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen that includes Keurig and drip coffee (starter K-cups and grounds provided) and is all on one level with 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom includes a bunkbed with the bottom bunk being full size and the top bunk is a twin size. There is a bonus twin sized trundle bed under the bottom bunk. The second bathroom offers a bathtub with a handheld shower.
There is a small private front patio with kitchen access, great for barbecuing! The back patio is a relaxing space for guests to gather, sit and relax. When it is cool outside turn on the propane heater. It is the perfect place to unwind after a fun day of enjoying all Sedona has to offer.
Love to hike & bike? Bell Rock, Castle Rock and Courthouse Butte are all nearby. Please note the condo HOA determines the pet rules. They are strictly enforced and closely monitored, no exceptions to the pet policies will be allowed or considered! We ask you to be very respectful and considerate with your pet, so we do not encounter issues with the HOA.
Guests are allowed 2 dogs and up to 30 pounds each, provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. Pets must be disclosed up front and at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. In addition, a refundable damage deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking. If pet odors/waste or any other remediation occur as a result of their stay, we will withhold all or a portion of the damage deposit. Undeclared pets will be charged $500, and you will be required to vacate the property with no refund. Endroit calme et sécuritaire avec caméra. À 2 minutes à pieds, vous avez un golf 9 trous et deux centres commerciaux avec 2 épiceries. Le Wal-Mart est à 5 minutes en auto. Aussi, le condo est situé à 15 minutes en auto de la plage, de l’aéroport de Fort Lauderdale, du centre commerciale Sawgrass et de l’aréna des Panthers (NHL). Les animaux sont interdits et c’est interdit de fumer dans le condo.

Le condo est DISPONIBLE pour AVRIL et MAI, 2024, les saisons d'été et d'automne 2024 et la saison d'hiver 2025 (jan-avr). La location minimale est d'un mois à partir du premier du mois.
Ce condo est au 2ième étage avec vue magnifique sur un lac. Il est situé dans un secteur paisible donnant sur un cul-de-sac du complexe résidentiel renommé de Palm-Aire Estates à Pompano Beach, FL. Ce condo impeccable est très ensoleilé (exposition sud), propre et entièrement meublé. Ce condo offre une chambre des maitres avec lit King, télévision intelligente HD, grand garde-robe, une salle de bain rénovée avec douche et bain. La literie et serviettes sont incluses avec la location. La deuxième chambre offre une vue sur le lac avec causseusse double et divan lit, télévision intelligente HD avec forfait HBO et connexion internet sans fil à haute vitesse, salle de bain complète et rangement. Le salon, aussi avec vue sur lac, est lumineux et spacieux, et offre deux divans dont un qui se transforme en lit.
