Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Tech – Ground Floor Opportunity (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Windsor, ON (Serving Windsor & Essex County)
Wage: $20.00/hour starting (Progressing to $22.50/hour after a 90-day initiation period)

What We Offer:
* Competitive Pay: Start at $20.00/hr, with a clear path to $22.50/hr following a successful 90-day initiation period.
* Flexible Scheduling: We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available to fit the right candidate.
* Year-Round Employment Potential: We work hard to keep our core team employed through all seasons. Our year-round workflow includes:
- Spring & Summer: Lawn maintenance, pruning, hedge shaping, fertilizing, and pesticide applications.
- Fall: Property cleanups, dethatching, aeration, top dressing, and leaf removal.
- Late Fall & Winter: Commercial/residential holiday light installations and snow removal.
- Off-Season: Strategic marketing and growth tasks when appropriate.
* Diverse Skill Development: You will be trained to operate a wide range of modern commercial equipment and learn the property maintenance industry.
* Solid Team Culture: We maintain a professional, laid-back, and engaging environment. We work hard, but we enjoy what we do and have a great time doing it.
What We Are Looking For:
* The Right Attitude (Experience is a bonus, not a requirement): We are completely willing to train someone from scratch if you bring an exceptional work ethic and an eagerness to learn.
* Reliability & Accountability: We run a highly accountable crew. We have a strict absence policy, and multiple unexcused absences will result in immediate termination. We value honesty—if a mistake happens, own it, learn from it, and let's fix it together.
* Reliable Transportation: You must have a dependable way to get to and from our shop location morning and evening. A valid driver’s license is a significant asset, but not mandatory if your personal transit is 100% reliable.
* Personable & Professional: You must be comfortable and personable enough to positively engage with our valued clients and potential customers out in the field.
