My name is Jude Tawah, i am a compassionate and and hard working well trained support worker with over 4 years of experience providing professional person centered support and trauma informed care to individuals in care homes and in the communities in and around winnipeg,. I take pride in my job, i am a people person, doing my job deligently, respecting personal and professional boundaries and i treate people with dignity and respect. I am also a good listener and communicator with great problem solving ability. I am a leader who make sure the team works together to realise greater and better objectives for evmxample in my role as a community Home service support worker, i was best employee of the month, and i was one of those in charge of training new colleagues. There is nothing short of excellence if i work in your institution.
My duties include helping those i support to perform activities of daily living, light and heavy housekeeping, driving, meal preparation, snow removal, medication administration, mobility support, outdoor activities , games, preparing and serving meals and much more.
I have a class 5F drivers license and a comfortable car, clean drivers abstract, clear criminal reccord check and abuse registry, trained in first aide, CPR and AED, NVCI, Trauma informed Care, Personal health informationand accessibilityof Manitoba Act, safe food handler, healthy caregiving, disability support worker training etc.
