Helpdesk Analyst - Bilingual French/English

Agilus is currently seeking for HELPDESK ANALYST / TECHNICAL SUPPORT (Bilingual in French/English) for our client. THIS IS A WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY AND WE ACCEPT CANDIDATES FROM OTHER PROVINCES
You have strong communications skills in both English and French, are a fast learner and have good computer skills.
Responsibility:
The position would be primarily assisting clients with password resets, online registrations and general questions for their client facing website.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Recommend hardware and software improvements
Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in both French and English;
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand French and English;
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service or office environment;
Comfortable with computers, navigating multiple screens;
Ability to work one of a few different shifts
