Description du quartier
Quartier de bord de mer tranquille. La rue sur le côté de la maison mène directement à la plage. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. C'est à 300m.Vue panoramique sur les montagnes et un énorme jardin aménagé avec piscine de 13 000 pc (1300 mc) . On se sent à la campagne tout en étant proche de plusieurs restaurants, bars, etc. Une belle rivière et sa végétation luxuriante, juste derrière la maison, nous donne l'impression d'être dans les Caraibes.
Nous sommes située entre Oliva et Denia
La rue qui borde la plage est très vivante sans être trop dans la zone touristique. Il y a plusieurs restaurants. L'été un autobus passe à toutes les heures (un peu moins souvent hors saison). Il est donc possible de visiter les différentes plages, et sites touristiques jusqu'à Denia.
Nous sommes à quelques kilomètres de Denia choisie par l’U.N.E.S.C.O. "Ville Créative de la Gastronomie". Ces plats succulents peuvent être dégustés dans les plus de 300 restaurants de la ville, qui élaborent également une grande variété de recettes de la cuisine locale, nationale et internationale.
Oliva (Valence)se situe dans une zone privilégiée de la Méditerranée avec de nombreuses plages magnifiques de sable doré et fin, qui s’étendent sur 8,5 km, d’eaux peu profondes et sont connues en Europe pour leur nature, beauté et qualité inégalable. Des caractéristiques qui, ajoutées au climat ensoleillé et au large de choix de services, font des plages d’Oliva une destination favorite pour profiter des vacances toute l’année.

Emplacement magnifique à 1 km de l'Acropole, sur la colline de Filopappou et à quelques pas du centre historique d'Athènes.
La plage n'est qu'à 5 km au début de la Riviera Athéniennes.
Platéas, restos, bar, café, boulangeries, supercmarchés, pharmacies, banques, cinés... tout est à deux pas.Pour le transport: métro, bus et tram tous de 1 à 10 minutes à pieds.
Le voyage de/a l'aéroport international d'athenes en train / metro = 45 minutes.Il fait vraiment beau de rester içi.

Magnificent location 1 km from the Acropolis, on the hill of Filopappou and a short walk from the historic center of Athens. The beach is only 5 km away at the start of the Athenian Riviera.
Plateas, restaurants, bar, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, cinemas... everything is close by.For transport: metro, bus and tram all from 1 to 10 minutes on foot.
