We are seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our first location in Canada.
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales at our West Edmonton Mall kiosk. This role includes an exciting opportunity to undergo a one-week training program in Paris, France, to immerse in our brand’s culture and operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in the food service industry, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the kiosk, including opening and closing procedures.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any customer complaints efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Track financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the brand and engage with local customers.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of restaurant or food service management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.
- Passion for food and hospitality, with a commitment to high-quality service.
- Willingness to travel to Paris for a one-week training session.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
