We're a quality-focused residential and commercial painting company looking for a skilled painter for ongoing, long-term fulltime work. This isn't a call-when-needed situation - there's consistent volume and we're looking for someone who wants to be busy. The work:
Full repaints, cabinet finishing, new construction, re-paints, interior and exterior work.
We're a quality-focused residential and commercial painting company looking for a skilled painter for ongoing, long-term fulltime work. This isn't a call-when-needed situation — there's consistent volume and we're looking for someone who wants to be busy.
The work:
Full repaints, cabinet finishing, new construction, spray work, masking, caulking, dapping, filling, sanding. High-standard finishes. You know what good work looks like and you deliver it every time.
What we need:
• Trade-experienced, fully qualified painter
• Own tools and equipment
• Active WCB and GST number is a plus
• Can work independently or alongside a team
• Fast and clean — quality and efficiency matter equally here
• Common sense on the job site. You don't need hand-holding.
What you get:
• $25-35/hr based on skill and experience
• Bonus pay potential when jobs finish ahead of schedule
• Consistent, ongoing work - long term
• Invoice on the 15th and 30th, paid same day. Every time.
No chasing.
• Straightforward working relationship with a crew that does things right
