We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Implementation and Support Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the successful implementation and ongoing support of our software products for our clients, which are located all around the globe.

· Lead the collaboration with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for software support and implementation.

• Experience using educational authoring tools/technology to create learning content/materials (i.e. Adobe Captivate)
• Experience using Google Suite
• Ability to convey technical training to both a technical and non-technical audience
• Knowledge of the City's technology would be beneficial
• Ability to facilitate training sessions with a variety of clients
• Ability to analyze complex technical information
• Proven planning and organization skills to manage program delivery
• Demonstrated skills in facilitation of groups with competing interests and priorities
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact well with a diverse group of executives, colleagues,
staff and citizens
• Strong written communication and presentation skills, including report writing
• Ability and willingness to delegate and empower others
