Description
West End Commercial Property Management and Commercial Leasing Company is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Professional.
The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience in, but not be limited to the following:
- Preparation and maintaining a monthly Rent Roll
- Rent Collection
- Move-In and Move-Out inspections
- Conduct showings
- Administration for Agreements and accurate updating data bases
- Organize and maintain bill payments
- Obtain quotes
- Receive maintenance calls and administer same
- Oversee and supervise tenant improvements
Ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of professionalism and possess strong organizational skills. Must be dependable, organized, punctual, have reliable vehicle and capable of managing multiple priorities within a dynamic work environment.
