Description
Seeking an experienced handyman or renovation contractor for renovation and repair work at a residential property in Baxters Harbour, Nova Scotia.
The property is a 1950s home that requires a variety of upgrades and repairs. I am looking for someone reliable and experienced. If interested please send me your recent works and references.
Potential Scope Includes:
Plumbing repairs and replacement of existing water lines
Install new pressure tank (40–60 gallon)
Replace pressure switch and gauge if required.
Install new isolation valves and drain valves.
Installation of new PEX plumbing
Bathroom renovation (toilet, vanity, shower/Tub installation)
Drain and waste piping repairs/replacement (if required)
Flooring removal and sand existing hardwood floors
Carpentry and framing repairs as required
General property repairs
Garbage removal
