Bilingual Lead Generation Representative

As the Bilingual Lead Generation Representative, you will be supporting our outside sales representatives by developing, qualifying leads and booking appointments. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new sales opportunities via phone/email and develop rapport with net new client base

- Inventory control procedures followed when ordering and receiving stock
- Support and process customer meal orders
- Assist in performing program execution and merchandising of product
- In accordance with relevant Food Safety policies, handle and prepare cold and hot deli products
- Assist in the increase of store sales by actively promoting products
- Support and participate in the training of junior staff
- Order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required
- Process department shrink

Bilingual Lead Generation Representative

As the Bilingual Lead Generation Representative, you will be supporting our outside sales representatives by developing, qualifying leads and booking appointments. Your persuasive abilities and creative methods will uncover potential new customers by gathering data, identifying future sales opportunities and confirming interest with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new sales opportunities via phone/email and develop rapport with net new client base
- Pro-actively contact all prospects and identify qualified leads
- Acquire client prospecting information, lead nurturing, and customer info regarding expired equipment/buy-out requests
- Screen inbound leads using Marketing Automation software from sources such as website and landing page forms (Canon.ca), and direct phone calls
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for appropriate Outside Sales Representatives and follow-up on actions with sales and service
- Manage prospect lists and generate quality leads by scheduling product demonstrations and invitations to special events
- Update CRM (Salesforce) customer data and record information from new leads and prospects
- Achieve monthly quotas for closed business and Sales Qualified Leads in Salesforce
- Use data mining resources to discover customer trends to uncover new sales opportunities
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Oral and Written communication in French is required.
- Resourcefulness and drive to discover new potential business and meet your call and conversion targets.
- Capability to handle high-volume prospective customer calling, appointment setting, and lead generation
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to craft exciting emails that pique prospect interest and result in new business
- A high level of professionalism to understand customer issues and identify an appropriate resolution or response
- Strong coachability skills to develop and continuously improve call scripts and take customer notes
- CRM and technical skills to enter data notes and lookup client information in Salesforce or other databases

We are looking to fill the position of a Truck Driver on our Shaw Renewables team in Belledune, New Brunswick. This is an important role in providing the mill with the desired amount of raw material, as well as delivery of the finished product to storage.
As an integral part of our Operations Team you will:
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the trucks, truck maintenance, receiving of raw material from Chaleur Sawmill, and delivery of pellets to the Port of Belledune. (Local Drive)
- Take samples, temperature readings, and reporting any non-conformity back to the plant;
- Material deliveries, pre-trip inspection of your equipment, cleaning and maintaining of all the machinery;
- When delivery quotas are reached and when not driving, you will perform other duties as directed by the Production Supervisor or the Plant Manager, including assisting the Operating Teams with plant maintenance and repairs;
- Learn and become comfortable in the position of loader operator for required time of replacement/relief;
- Follow standard operating procedures as well as Shaw Renewables Policies and Procedures as they may pertain to safety and working efficiencies;
- Provide customer service and build/maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Participate in the safety culture within the plant in all actions and instructions;
- Participate in safety training with other plant personnel, including record keeping and near miss reporting;
- Measure critical safety metrics on a monthly basis, identify potential issues and take appropriate actions;
- Actively Participate in Tool Box meetings with their crew;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Class 1E Driver's License (Required).
- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent (Required).
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
- Physical able to fulfill requirements of the position.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintains a high level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.
- Previous experience in a safety sensitive environment and must be safety orientated.
- Shift work and/or periodic overtime may be required. You must be able to work in hot/cold environments and be physically capable of performing manual tasks safely

Position Summary
The Assistant Team Leader provides support to the Store Manager, Assistant-Manager and Team Leader in overseeing the daily retail store operations and in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant-Manager and Team Leader, the Assistant Team Leader ensures that store opening/closing and asset management procedures are followed.
Key Accountabilities
The Assistant Team Leader is responsible for the following:- Managing the resources of the store to maximize results and store appearance while making sure to constantly have inventory on the shelves;
- Ensuring that employees work safely;
- Ensuring that company rules and regulations are explained, understood and followed by all team members;
- Operating a cash register;
- Assisting in receiving and stocking of all merchandise;
- Ensuring the established merchandising practices are followed;
- Providing quality customer service; and
- Ensuring store cleanliness.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in the retail industry;
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment;
- Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities;
- Strong leadership and communication skills; and
- Flexibility with regard to availabilities and work schedules (day, evening, week-end).

Objectif du poste
Lassistant-chef déquipe appuie le gérant de magasin, lassistant-gérant et le chef déquipe dans le cadre des activités quotidiennes et du bon fonctionnement des magasins. En cas dabsence du gérant de magasin, de lassistant-gérant et du chef déquipe, il sassure que les procédures douverture, de fermeture du magasin et de gestion des actifs soient correctement suivies.
Responsabilités clés
Lassistant-chef déquipe est responsable des tâches suivantes:- Gérer les ressources du magasin afin de maximiser les résultats, lapparence du magasin tout en sassurant davoir constamment des produits sur les tablettes;
- Sassurer que les employés travaillent de manière sécuritaire;
- Veiller à ce que les normes et procédures internes de la compagnie soient expliquées, comprises et suivies par tous les membres de léquipe;

Bilingual Lead Generation Representative

As the Bilingual Lead Generation Representative, you will be supporting our outside sales representatives by developing, qualifying leads and booking appointments. Your persuasive abilities and creative methods will uncover potential new customers by gathering data, identifying future sales opportunities and confirming interest with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new sales opportunities via phone/email and develop rapport with net new client base
- Pro-actively contact all prospects and identify qualified leads
- Acquire client prospecting information, lead nurturing, and customer info regarding expired equipment/buy-out requests
- Screen inbound leads using Marketing Automation software from sources such as website and landing page forms (Canon.ca), and direct phone calls

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at the parts counter
- Answer the phone and reply to emails from customers inquiring about parts
- Up-sell or suggestive sell parts to customers based on their needs
- Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels
- Perform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate on the system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Parts department or inventory, is an asset
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- Keeps their work area very clean and organized.

The successful candidate should possess the following:
· 3 years' fabricating experience in a manufacturing environment
· Overhead crane operation
· Strong ability to interpret blueprints
· Excellent time management and organization
