We are currently hiring painters and crew managers for the spring and summer of 2023. Both positions are full-time and can lead to potential growth within the company. We strive to create the best company culture possible through both hard work and enjoying various company trips throughout the summer. Although it is an asset, no previous painting experience is required as we thoroughly train every team member.

Crew manager: In addition to painting, this position would give an individual leadership experience in helping to manage a crew of 2-3 people. As an Order Picker, you will help continue to grow our online business and customer relationships by taking online customer orders and picking the product ready for customer pick-up or delivery in a timely manner.
Position Responsibilities:- Pick, organize and verify orders for delivery or pick-up
- Utilize appropriate lift truck equipment to prepare customer orders (training provided)
- Working in a team environment to support customers at our service desk – includes general customer questions, taking customer calls, operating the cash register and doing product returns for customers

Your new role
You will be responsible for working in the field service truck to perform assemblies, preventative maintenance, repairs and complete overhauls of heavy equipment servicing the mining and resources industries. Responsibilities and Duties·
-Dictate/manage job site
- Replacement of furnaces, unit heaters and RTU’s
- Assisting with customers' queries in a respectful manor
- Fill out all necessary invoice documentation for each customer
- Elaborate repairs to code and in a safe manor
-Assess safety for yourself and coworkers working with you
-Arrange for any equipment/ materials needed to complete job
- Able to work aloneQualifications / Assets
- Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship
- Experience as a Journeyperson Sheet Metal / Gasfitter
- Valid driver’s license.
- Working knowledge of gas furnaces, radiants, unit heaters and all other heating and ventilation systems as well.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

A DAY IN THE LIFE…
Reads and interprets drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
Tests electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
Installs, examines, replaces, or repairs AC/DC Motors and Drives, PLC's, 480V power, 120V control circuits, 4160-volt switchgear, transformers, motors, starters, relays, and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical controls.
Installs, examines, replaces, or repairs electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fibre-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
Sizes and installs electrical circuits including panels, wire size and type, conduit, protective devices, switches, and related equipment needed to comply with the CEC and/or NEC.
Fabricates, installs and/or runs conduit, 3-Phase work, motor terminations, control and instrument troubleshooting and panel work.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team.
Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work).
Excellent communication skills.
A demonstrated ability to work safely.TICKETS REQUIREMENTS
Must have valid safety tickets (CSTS-20, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, AWP)
