Job Duties:
• Responsible for the promotion of the company brand based on the marketing analysis
• Plan, develop and direct multiple marketing strategies to promote sales; supervise and advise on the implementation of digital marketing and organization of online and off-line product promotion campaigns
• Formulate and implement the annual channel development plans to highlight the company brand
• Supervise and maintain the social media accounts to engage customers; liaise with media, partners and third parties to deal with public relations affairs
• Perform monthly reviews on brand performance and organize customer satisfaction survey
• Cooperate with sales and other departments to accomplish business objectives and success
• Prepare and present annual reports
• Plan budget
• Hire, interview, instruct and monitor the performance of new staffQualifications:
• A college diploma in marketing, business administration or a related field is required
• Minimum one year of marketing-related experience is required
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, brand strategy and positioning, and product launch
• Experience in shipping and e-economics is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational, decision-making, leadership and collaboration skills
