I have a drone capable of being in the air for 20 minuites, that can go up to 400’ in the air. It takes videos in 1080 hd at 60fps/ 1440 at 30, or 4K at 30; pictures up to 12 megapixels. If anyone is looking for this kind of thing, I do have my license completed and can fill out all related paper work to complete the flight within the Canadian regulations.

Job Description:Job Description Creative Door Services, North America’s largest overhead door dealer, operates nine branches across Western Canada and we have over 50 years of experience in the residential and commercial overhead door industry. We provide access solutions by servicing and installing a variety of overhead doors and driveway gate systems, operators and associated controls. Role:We have an immediate opening for a Lead Technician located in the Kelowna Branch. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will service and install overhead garage doors. This role is a permanent, full time position. There is the possibility of on call and overtime. Responsibilities:Diagnose problems, provide solutions, and carry out required work on overhead garage doorsProvides installation and service to a variety of overhead garage door and gate systemsRegularly coordinate with the service scheduler on problem solving and required partsProvide estimates for how many person-hours are required for a service call, and the cost to fix versus replace doorsRegular interaction with internal and external customers including construction project managers, other trades and safety personnelAssist other technicians with install and service as requiredContributing to business development of the branch by actively seeking new customers and building relationships with current customersOther duties, as assigned Skills:Mechanically inclinedStrong work ethic, a team player with a positive attitudeBusiness savvy with a customer service focusGood customer service, communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable with heights (ladders & lifts)Ability to work outside in all weather conditionsStrong safety mindset – willing and able to wear all required PPE including hard hat Qualifications:Experience in a Service/Installation IndustryPossess a valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstractCDI Certification is an asset but not a requirementRelevant safety training and tickets are an asset (such as Fall Protection, Forklift, First Aid, etc.)Experience servicing/installing overhead doors would be preferredMust be able to lift up to 75 poundsMust be able to work outside in all different weather conditions, including cold and extreme heat.
