My name is Jesse Jardine, I've been a personal trainer for 8 years in many big box gyms including Gold’s and Steve Nash Fitness World. I have trained hundreds of clients and have never had a problem taking someone to where they need to be. Whether you are brand new or very experienced in the gym I can guide you down a path of success. I am well versed in:
-Fat loss/body recomposition through proper nutritional guidance
-Putting on muscle (bodybuilding)
-Strength training (powerlifting/sports performance)
-Boxing training/conditioning
-Sports specific training and explosiveness
-Injury rehabilitation and injury prevention
-Increasing range of motion through foam rolling, stretching, yogaI will also create a specialised meal plan, based on food you currently eat, so you can actually stick to it. Without a proper diet, everything else falls apart.
I offer a few packages, the rates depend on if you are training at my gym, or how far I am travelling to get to yours. If I have to train out of my gym I have to pay their overhead, and the prices will reflect that. Training with me includes:

-a proper periodized workout plan tailored to your needs
-rehab of any injuries or postural problems from day to day life

1 session - 85$
1 month up front - 80$ a session
2 months up front - 75$ a session
3 months up front - 70$ a sessionIf needed I will do an introductory session first for 30$ just to cover my training fees to the gym.
I get very consistent success from my clients, and can always find a way to meet their needs and inspire them to positively change their lives, as I have done for myself. I may not look like the conventional trainer, and I believe that is my strength. I am 100 percent honesty and integrity, and hide nothing from the world, or myself, and neither should you. I have multiple hobbies, passions and goals, I am not a "gym monkey" and you don't have to be either.
