**Position:** Experienced Wood Framer (**Individual Applicants Only – No Crews**)

Fuller Framing Inc. is a well-established framing construction company operating in the Calgary and Airdrie regions. We specialize in large-scale multi-family residential framing projects. We are currently seeking hardworking, dedicated, and punctual individual framers to join our team.

### Key Requirements
* **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in residential wood framing (multi-family project experience is highly valued).
* **Reliability:** This is a **strict full-time position**. We are looking for dedicated professionals who show up ready to work every day. If you are looking for part-time, casual, or sporadic work, this is not the position for you.
* **Transportation:** Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to various job sites in and around the Calgary area.
* **Attitude:** Must be hardworking, punctual, and a team player who can maintain a strong pace on site.
### Work Schedule & Expectations
* **Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
* **Attendance:** Absolute punctuality and consistent attendance are mandatory. We run a tight schedule and rely on a team that shows up every single day.
