Philips Saeco Expresso/Coffee machine for sale, still works great and just replaced the brewing unit O-Ring. This machine has been incredibly reliable and the nice feature is that the brewing unit is entirely removable which makes cleaning very easy. Takes a water filter which if you have very soft water I am sure you could likely not need. I have always used it and I pour water in that has been filtered as my tap water is on the medium scale for hardness. Has a steam/hot water spout which you can steam milk with. Only reason I am parting with it as I bought a higher end unit which I can only hope has been as reliable as the Philips Saeco has been?

I have two window mount air conditioners left that will cool a very large area. I have a 10,000 BTU that is 22 inches wide. It’s $150 or I have a 12,000 BTU which is 24 inches wide and it’s $225 . Usage Rules: How to NOT Break Your New Toy
Before you throw your credit card at the screen, there are three hard rules you need to follow with compressor fridges like this one.
Rule #1: The 24-Hour Upright Rule
If you lay this fridge on its side during shipping, the compressor oil shifts. Wait 24 hours before plugging it in. I know you are excited. Just wait. If you plug it in immediately, you can burn out the compressor.
Rule #2: Don't fill it with warm groceries.
This isn't a miracle worker. If you put a 6-pack of room-temperature soda in there, it will take hours to cool down. Pre-cool the fridge by plugging it into your house outlet for 2 hours before you pack it. Pre-chill your food in your home fridge first.
