Hello! My name is Patricia Marie K, and I am a Clairvoyant Psychic Medium, and I have been doing Readings for people for over 34 years now, starting as a teenager when I learned how to read Tarot cards, do Palmistry, Astrology, and Tea Leaves, doing Readings for friends and family, and their friends! I started doing Readings for the public in 2012. I love Reading for groups as well, and the open group Readings that I do are always amazing, the sharing and energy and validations of Spirit are incredible!
This open group Mediumship Reading of up to 7 people will start at 2:30 PM MST, and will run for about 2 hours, perhaps slightly over, until just after 4:30 PM MST, and will include a brief Introduction to my Psychic abilities, and how they work, and a wrap up and brief question period at the end.
The format will be open – a Seance – so it will be up to the Spirits who want to come through, and what order they want to come through in. I am not the one deciding which Spirits come through, or in what order they come through in, but towards the end if we are missing someone important and running out of time, we can try to contact them directly (without telling me too much, of course).
With a small and intimate group size like this, everyone will be GUARANTEED some individual time during the Seance, and I will try to make how much time I spend with everyone as fair and equal as possible! Everyone will get about 10-15 minutes each of individual Reading time, which means that you’ll get an In Person Reading with me for less than my normal 20 Minute In Person rate (which is normally $85 each).
The regular price for each ticket for this event is $65 per person, or $122 for a pair of tickets, with an Early Bird Price of $60 each, if you book your spot before 9 PM MST on Monday, March 9th, 2026!
The Seance in Canmore will take place close to downtown. The exact address and directions will be sent after the ticket purchase, and tickets will be emailed to the purchaser. If you buy a ticket and are unable to attend, you may transfer it to someone else as long as you let me know ahead of time, and I have their name to put on the guest list.
Sorry, but audio and video recording will not be allowed for this event out of respect for others’ privacy. You may bring pictures and objects of significance, but please do not show me or tell me anything beforehand. Please keep pictures face down and objects associated with your loved ones put away, so that I cannot see them. You may take notes for anything that comes through for you, and this is actually encouraged because some stuff will not make sense until later, as they speak about the future as well.

After learning how to slow down and regulate the nervous system, the next step is learning how to carry that steadiness into everyday life.
The Steady Within is a new six-week series designed to deepen the tools of nervous system care while gently expanding capacity — helping the body move from simply recovering from stress to feeling strong, adaptable, and deeply resourced.
Through slow, intentional yoga practices, breathwork, restorative stillness, and subtle sensory support with essential oils (always optional), each class builds on the last to strengthen the body’s natural ability to regulate, recover, and remain grounded even during life’s busier seasons.
This is not about pushing harder — it’s about building a calm that holds, a nervous system that trusts, and a body that feels like home.

Week 1 — Arriving in the Body

Essential oils: grounding oils such as vetiver or cedarwood.
Week 2 — Creating Space
Yin-inspired shapes focus on hips, shoulders, and spine — areas where stress tends to accumulate. Stillness allows deeper unwinding and release.
Essential oils: soft releasing oils like lavender or marjoram.
Week 3 — Breath & Regulation
Breath becomes the guide as we explore gentle flow paired with simple breath patterns that support nervous system balance.

Week 4 — Strength in Softness
Slow, mindful strength building through controlled movement and longer holds, helping the body experience effort without stress or overwhelm.

This class gently explores moving between effort and rest — teaching the nervous system that activation can feel safe and manageable.

Week 6 — Integration Ritual: Sauna + Cold Plunge
A guided closing experience using breath, heat, and cold to embody resilience and anchor the tools of the series into the body.
