I’m saddened to write this as we have been at our spot for the last 2+ years.. the owners have decided to officially sell the farm. We are two young, very hard working, dedicated people looking for somewhere new to call home. We live fulltime out of our 27ft fifth wheel with our four dogs, indoors cats, and 13 chickens. We are desperate to raise money for our rental house in cold lake so we can finally make the move for my job with the Canadian Armed Forces (civilian) and my son can play for the cold lake fighter jets and be able to start his job. We have been on this battle for sure a long time and feeling helpless. We are all living in separate place which are both over crowded and not a good place for use to be. We are asking for kindness and help so we can be a family again in the same house and town. Every little bit helps.

We will go over planning for shelter and fencing with your existing spaces in mind. We’ll spend time in the kitchen making cheeses, yogurt, cream, butter, and ice cream. We will practice hand-milking our Aurora Farm goats and practice trimming hooves, administering needles, giving a drench, taking a temperature, and wrapping a wound. This workshop is held during our birthing season so we will cover that, too! By the end of session you will be ready for goats!
