We still have openings. Canadian Firearms saety course(CFSC) which is on 11 April and is the non-restricted fire_arms course( rifles and shotguns - hunting fire_arms). On 12 Apr we will be running the restricted Firearms safety course(CRFSC). You need to complete the CFSC as a prerequisite to attending the CRFSC. Individual courses are $150.00 sign up for both for $270.00 . Group rates(4 or more) and Veterans discounts are available. On completion of the course you will receive a course report which you send to the RCMP and will allow you to apply for Possession and Acquisition Licence(PAL). There is nothing you need to do to prepare for the course I will prepare you for the exam and answer any questions you might have. Why this devotion? The purpose of the Devotion of the Seven Sorrows is to promote union with the sufferings of Christ, through union with the special suffering that Our Lady endured because she was the Mother of God. By uniting ourselves with both the Passion of Christ and His holy Mother, we enter into Jesus’ Heart and honor Him greatly. He is more honored because we have so honored His Mother. According to Saint Alphonsus de Liguori (The Glories of Mary) it was revealed
to Saint Elizabeth that at the request of Our Lady, Our Lord promised four
principal graces to those devoted to Her Sorrows:
1. That those who before death invoke the divine Mother in the name of
Her Sorrows will obtain true repentance of all their sins;
2. That He will protect all who have this devotion in their tribulations,
and will protect them especially at the hour of death;
3. That He will impress on their minds the remembrance of His Passion;
4. That He will place such devout servants in Mother Mary’s hands to
do with them as She wishes and to obtain for them all the graces She
desires.
In addition to these four graces there are also seven promises attached
to the practice of daily praying seven Hail Mary’s while meditating on Our
Lady’s Tears and Sorrows. These seven promises were revealed to St. Bridget
of Sweden:
1. “I will grant peace to their families.”
2. “They will be enlightened about the divine Mysteries.”
3. “I will console them in their pains and I will accompany them in
their work.”
4. “I will give them as much as they ask for as long as it does not oppose
the adorable will of My divine Son or the sanctification of their
souls.”
5. “I will defend them in their spiritual battles with the infernal enemy
and I will protect them at every instant of their lives.”
6. “I will visibly help them at the moment of their death — they will see
the face of their Mother.”
7. “I have obtained this grace from My divine Son, that those who
propagate this devotion to My tears and sorrows will be taken directly
from this earthly life to eternal happiness, since all their sins will be
forgiven and My Son will be their eternal consolation and joy.”

This is really hard for me to write, but I don’t know what else to do right now.
I’m a single mom, working every day trying to hold things together for myself and my teenage daughter. I’ve always found a way to make it work… but lately, I just can’t keep up. After paying bills, there’s almost nothing left, and I’m struggling to put food on the table.
As a mom, this hurts in a way I can’t even explain. Not being able to provide the basics — groceries, toiletries, and even simple things like feminine products — makes me feel like I’m failing her, even though I’m trying my absolute hardest.
I’m also not able to get to the food bank right now, which makes things even more difficult. So I’m reaching out, hoping maybe someone out there can help us get through this rough patch.
If anyone has anything to spare — food, hygiene products, or even just advice or resources — it would mean more than you know. Even sharing this post could help us reach someone who might be able to.
