I am looking to hire a contractor for converting the flat ceiling into a vaulted ceiling, probably around 600 Sqft. The Second option is to raise the main floor by 1 foot the entire house including the garage space which will be converted into a recreation room. The third option is to add a second storey to a 2005 Bungalow approx,1000 Sq ft, and also to raise from 8' to 9' the main floor ceiling and to redesign the first floor. I prefer the option that is the fastest and most economical. The location is in Lennox Addington county in Cloyne just approx 20 Km North of Kaladar. Ideally included in the services would be a structural designer for the city's building extension approval. The job can start in April or the beginning of May when the weather permits. The contractor has to show the portfolio that he performed in past such jobs, and also to have a good reputation., ideally 5 Star Google reviews or being able to provide Former clients' job addresses and former clients' phone numbers to speak with would be a bonus in hiring.
