You would be involved in helping with the following:renovations to the Langford Schoolhouse. This will include breaking up concrete in the basement, installing 0 pipe for drainage, pouring concrete, framing and drywalling the interior space, installing windows and painting,
repairing a local forest trail, operating a tractor and a grader,
care and maintenance related to eco-agri-tourism, including grounds work, and
food rescue and redistribution.

I am a construction surveyor looking for weekend only work.
I am employed full time as Senior Surveyor with a large construction company in the GTA. I do our data prep and and volume calcs for quantities and billing.
I work long hours Monday to Friday but am willing to work both Saturday and Sunday full days.
Before April I was field-only so am very experienced in field work. In surveying for 8 years.
Experienced with Trimble and Topcon equipment (GPS, Trimble total stations), Lidar (trimble sx-10 scanner), levelling etc. Topos, pile volumes, grade staking, level loops, property surveys (with appropriate supporting documents), etc.
I do not own equipment or CAD software of my own.
College Certificate and Diploma in Surveying and Geomatics Engineering Technology.

Your new role

The home base is the Whitehorse location. This is a Monday to Friday rotation.
