Dispatcher Driver
Description
TEMPS Services is looking for a full time Employment Recruiter / Driver. The position is a Recruiter service representative with an early morning schedule. A vehicle is a must!
The position starts at 5:00am, finishing at 12:30pm, Monday to Friday with the possibly of an occasional Saturday. Training for this position may have some afternoon shifts. This is a supervisory position.
The tasks include recruiting workers, interviews, phone and computer work, driving workers in our company vans to our clients, and maintaining an organized and clean office environment.
We are an employment, placement and safety agency assisting our clients finding staff and providing safety training services for the industrial sectors.
Job Requirements:
• Preferably to have a clean Class 5 driving abstract (Must have a car)
• Able to handle a fast pace and stressful environment
• Good phone and computer skills. A MUST!
• Able to work well with others
• Knowledge about Microsoft Office
• Able to have fun!!
For the right candidate there is a scaled pay hourly increase (start at $18.00 up to $21 per hour) with increased team bonuses, profit share and benefits.
Target compensations: $60,000 plus
