Down to the Wood is a boutique, 3-chair barbershop located in the Bow Building, looking for a third independent barber to join our tight-knit team long-term.

• Men’s Grooming
• Short hair & fades
• Traditional shaves
• Hair, Beard & moustache care
• Nose, ear & unibrow waxing

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Licensed Barber
• Hard working, motivated, reliable, and professional and clean
• Works as a sole proprietor / contractor
• Works well in a small Team
• Eye for detail and good customer service
• Long-term shop
This role is ideal for a confident, skilled barber who wants some independence, stability, support, and a shop they can actually call home.

SCHEDULE & PERKS
• Monday–Friday | 6:30 or 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• No weekends
• Closed all stat holidays
• Above-industry commission structure (discussed in interview)
